Brandon S. Bell, Esq. is a founding partner of Fontaine, DeCarvalho & Bell, LLP, representing clients in the domestic relations, criminal litigation and general civil litigation practice areas. Prior to starting the firm, Brandon was a partner in a Providence firm where he litigated divorce, criminal, personal injury, construction, products liability, and property damage claims as Attorney for individuals and major insurance companies throughout New England. Additionally he represented clients before administrative bodies through formal hearing process. Brandon’s initial litigation experience started in a Boston law firm where he jumped right into plaintiff’s maritime and admiralty trials in State and Federal Courts in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and the entire Eastern Seaboard. Brandon has tried cases to verdict in judge and jury trials in State and Federal Courts over the last 14 years. He has also litigated and argued as lead counsel in several cases before the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
